During this sessions, we will equip your group with the tools, skills, and strategies to build and sustain powerful, effective coalitions that drive meaningful social change. Over the course of two-days, we will help your group clarify your objective, align on shared values, clarify roles and accountability, and begin building a strategy to move your initiative forward.
Whether you're forming a new coalition or trying to strengthen an existing one, this bootcamp will provide you with actionable insights and skills to build a strong, sustainable partnership that maximizes collective impact.
